Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted if all the following applies:
- Within 48 hours of purchase. (this allows me enough time to allow cancellations prior to shipping)
- A reason for cancellation. (ex: “I’m no longer interested in the product”)
Cancellations will NOT be accepted if:
- Cancellation is past 48 hours of purchase
- No reason for cancellation is provided
Accepted cancellations in the 48 hour window will be granted a full refund.
Cancellations after the 48 hour window will not be accepted and will not be granted a full refund. Except in cases of:
- Lost in shipment
- Damage in shipment
Disorderly conduct towards the business and myself will result in cancellation and blacklist from purchasing from Hummingbird Trinkets in the future.Thank you for understanding and keeping Hummingbird Trinkets a place of positivity and relaxation!
Return Policy
Returns will not be accepted due to sanitary reasons and upkeep. Whether used or not used there is no guarantee that the product has not been worn, therefore no returns are accepted. Thank you for understanding and helping maintain a clean and safe environment!
